Here at CDP we believe in inclusivity, and we are vehemently against the promotion of hateful ideologies. This does not mean that we will not publish works with said ideologies present, just that we reserve the right to deny a work if the book is seen promoting them. Building on that we also have strong policies on both fairness and transparency. Fairness in pay specifically, as well as opportunity, and transparency in every step of our business so no one ever feels as though they are being taken advantage of.
